SHIPPING POLICY

Your package Will usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Delays may occur during certain holidays, and we apologize for this in advance. Shipping and taxes are calculated at check-out.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, items MUST be returned in new (unused, unbroken and resalable) condition, also in the original manufacturer packaging (if one was provided). For your protection and the protection of the company, the product(s) must be returned in order to receive the full value of your money back. We DO NOT offer refunds on non-delivered or sales products. When returning an item, you may email us at info@kjhandcrafted.com and we will provide details on where to mail the item(s).

A full refund will then be issued within a few business days, if the request for the refund was made within 7 days of purchasing.
